Scanning Electron Microscope

Hitachi TM-1000 SEM

This compact, easy to use tabletop instrument operates at 15 kV. The magnification ranges from 20X-10.000X and is equipped with a Swift-ED EDX analysis system. The maximum sample size is 70mm diameter and sample thickness 20mm. The Tabletop Microscope is easy to use and it can adjust automatically the contrast, brightness and focus providing a sharp image.
