Adjunct Instructor in Biostatistics

The Department of Mathematics, in collaboration with the Department of Biological Sciences, seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach the graduate biostatistics courses BIOL 5130 (Fall 2018) and 5140 (Spring 2019) on the Denton campus. The responsibilities of the position include consultation with biology graduate students on statistically sound experimental design.

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, biology, or related field. Prior experience in the instruction of biostatistics to graduate or professional students in the life sciences.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in consulting with students, faculty, or researchers in the life sciences on experiment design.
