BGSA 15th Annual Research Day

BGSA Annual Research Symposium

The Biology Graduate Student Association's Annual Graduate Student Research Symposium was established in 2003. The goals of the research symposium are to increase the visibility of scientific research at the University of North Texas; to provide graduate students with experience presenting scientific information; and to promote collaboration among faculty and students conducting research in the biological sciences.

The Graduate Student Research Symposium is held each year in the spring for UNT students, faculty, staff and members of the community. This free, two-day includes student oral and poster presentations, networking events, seminars, and an art show. Awards are presented for best oral presentation, poster presentation, and research-related artwork. The symposium culminates in a keynote address delivered by a prominent visiting scientist.
