Annual Research Day

Set to host this year's Annual Research Day Conference on April 19, 2018 at the UNT Student Union. This event is where undergraduate, graduate and post-doctorial students can highlight their research, conducted at UNT, alongside a Research Mentor. Participants can submit an abstract for either a 4x4 poster or a 15 minute talk. Presentations will be judged by other graduate students and faculty in attendance.

You don't want to miss the Open Panel Discussion with Faculty answering your research questions. If you are interested in attending the Open Panel Lunch please be sure to fill out the Abstract and Registration Form.

Deadline for Abstract and Registration submission: March 15, 2018.

April 20, 2018, the Conference will culminate with Dr. Randy Schekman, 2013 Nobel Laureate and Professor of Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California-Berkeley.

Dr. Schekman will present his research "The Sorting of small RNAs for Secretion in Exosomes by Cultured Human Cells" at 1:15 pm in the Student Union Lyceum.
