The Pericentrin flourophore was excited with a 405 nm laser and the emission was collected with a 450/35 nm band pass filter and is colored blue. The GFAP flourophore was excited with 488 nm laser and the emission was collected with a 520/35 nm band pass filter and is colored green. The AC3 flourophore was excited with 568 nm laser and the emission was collected with a 593/45 nm band pass filter and is colored red. 40x magnification.
