The BODIPY 493 emission was collected with a 520/35 nm band pass filter and is colored green. Autofluorescence from the chloroplasts was collected with a 692/40 nm band pass filter and is colored red. Green was exposed for 8 seconds with 0 camera gain and Red was exposed for 0.4 seconds with 0 camera gain. 64x magnification.
